Hey, I'm Jai!

I'm a designer on Aladdin Wealth, previously a Founding Designer of Sonos Pro.

I have a background in Human-Computer Interaction & Architecture from Carnegie Mellon University, which serves as my foundation for transforming complex problems into experiences that are simple by default and powerful by design.

As a UX Designer II, I lead design for Actions & Oversights and Campaigns — two foundational pillars of the platform — while co-leading AI tooling innovation across the design org.

Creating Sonos Pro
Sonos Pro
Managing music across business locations should not be hard, and Sonos can make it easy.

Sonos Pro Purchase
Sonos Pro | Summer 2023 - Spring 2025
Having a white glove purchase experience works exceptionally well for larger businesses. However, it leads to a bottleneck for smaller businesses purchasing Sonos Pro.
I designed a Sonos-first, mixed cart, self-service checkout for new and returning Sonos Pro customers.

Dashboard & Mobile App
Sonos Pro
Our software/hardware ecosystem was the cornerstone value proposition of Sonos Pro.
I lead design for both our Dashboard, for business-wide monitoring, and our Mobile App, our system-based management tool.
